Ingredients
• 1 (5 oz.) can light tuna in water, drained
• 1 egg
• 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
• 3 tbsps. barbeque sauce
• 3 tbsps. chopped green onion
• 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce, or to taste
• 1/2 tsp. dried savory
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 tbsps. vegetable oil

Direction
 • Combine oats, egg, and tuna in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in salt, barbeque sauce, savory, green onion, and hot pepper sauce. • On medium heat, heat oil in a big pan; scoop in and flatten tablespoonfuls of tuna mixture. Form small patties as they hold together well compared to bigger ones. Cook for 3 mins on each side until brown.
