• 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
• 2/3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp. water
• 6 (12 inch) flour tortillas
• 1 (8 oz.) package Neufchatel cheese

• In a small bowl, combine green onions, chili sauce and tuna together. For easy spreading, blend in enough water. • On a flat surface, lay tortillas one by one. Spread onto each tortilla with a thin layer of cheese, covering the entire surface. Spread over cheese with the tuna mixture, within an inch of tortilla edge. • From the top, roll the tortilla up into a snug cylindrical shape, making sure the cream cheese seals the bottom. • Wrap roll-ups in aluminum foil, and put in refrigerator or freezer until serving. To serve, slice the roll-ups into 2-inch slices. If the roll-ups are frozen, slice the roll-ups about 15 minutes ahead of serving time to let them defrost completely.
