"Grilled yellowfin tuna is always great." Serving: 4 | Prep: 5m | Ready in: 45m

1 cup teriyaki sauce
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsps. minced garlic
1 tsp. ground black pepper
4 (4 oz.) fillets yellowfin tuna

• Combine the teriyaki sauce, pepper, garlic, and oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Put in the tuna fillets. Seal the bag with as little air in as possible. Shake the mixture well to make sure that the tuna fillets are well covered. Marinate in the fridge for a half-hour. • In the meantime, set an outdoor grill to high heat to preheat and grease the grate lightly. • Transfer the tuna from the marinade to the grill. For rare tuna, grill each side for 3-5 minutes. For medium, 5-8 minutes per side. And for well-done, 8-10 minutes per side.
