• 2 (8 oz.) fresh tuna steaks
• 1 tsp. vegetable oil
• 2 tbsps. soy sauce
• 2 tbsps. seasoned rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp. finely grated raw horseradish root, or more to taste
• 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
• 1/2 tsp. hot chile paste (such as sambal oelek)
• 1 tbsp. minced green onion

• Preheat outdoor grill to high heat and slightly grease the grill grate with oil. Coat the steaks lightly with vegetable oil. • In a bowl, combine the hot chile paste, horseradish, rice vinegar, soy sauce and cherry tomatoes together and mix well to combine. Let it rest for 20 minutes. • Grill the steaks for 3 minutes each side over the hottest part of the grill. Put the grilled steaks on a plate. Drizzle soy sauce mixture on top of the steaks and sprinkle with green onion.
