Ingredients
• 4 (4 oz.) tuna steaks
• 4 tsps. olive oil
• 4 tsps. white vinegar
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 1 tsp. ground coriander
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon

Direction
• In a bowl, lay tuna steaks. Add tarragon, cumin, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, vinegar and olive oil then mix everything well. Use aluminum foil to cover and let marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the fridge. • Heat the oven to 175°C (350°F) beforehand. Remove tuna steaks to a baking sheet. • In the preheated oven, allow to bake for 15 to 20 minutes until tuna is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
