Ingredients
• 1 (5 oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained
• 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 egg white • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
• 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
• 1 tsp. vegetable oil

Direction
• In a bowl, mix egg whites, bread crumbs, teriyaki sauce and the tuna together until well combined, and tuna has been completely broken into small pieces. Use hot sauce, garlic and black pepper to season. Stir well, then shape into two patties. • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 2 minutes on each side until both sides are browned.
