Ingredients
• 4 baking potatoes
• 1 (5 oz.) can tuna, drained, or more to taste
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 4 green onions, chopped, or to taste
• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste

Direction
• Set oven to 175°C (or 350°F) and start preheating. • Cover potatoes with aluminum foil and bring onto a baking sheet. Bake potatoes for about 60 minutes in prepared oven until fork-tender. • Let potatoes chill down until easy to handle; halve the potatoes. Scoop out the insides of potatoes, keeping shells intact and transfer to a large bowl. Combine potato with green onions, mayonnaise and tuna. Scoop the mixture into the shells. Top each with shredded Cheddar cheese. • Bake for 20 minutes in prepared oven until cheese has melted.
