Ingredients
• 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
• 2 eggs
• 7 tbsps. bread crumbs
• 7 tbsps. chopped onion
• 7 tbsps. chopped celery
• 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, or as needed

Direction
• In a bowl, stir together black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, horseradish, celery, onion, bread crumbs, eggs and tuna until the blend holds together. Split the blend into 4 pieces and shape each piece into a patty. • In a big skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and cook patties in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
