Ingredients
• 2 tbsps. butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 1 (5 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp. curry powder

Direction
• Melt butter over medium-low heat in a large saucepan. Add green pepper, onions, and garlic. Allow to cook slowly till onions get tender with occasional stirring. • Add pepper, salt, curry powder, sour cream and tuna; stir. Heat till it gets warm and it is ready to serve.
