• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 tbsps. butter
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 (5 oz.) can tuna packed in oil, drained
• 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
• 1 pinch garlic powder

• Arrange a steamer insert in a saucepan, then pour water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Put a cover on and boil the water on high heat. Put broccoli and steam for 2-6 minutes according to the size of the broccoli florets, just until it becomes tender. Transfer the broccoli onto a serving bowl, then toss with the butter, and taste with pepper and salt. • In a skillet, heat garlic powder, teriyaki sauce, and tuna on medium heat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the tuna is heated through. Add the tuna on the broccoli, then serve.
